34 in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said William Taylor in Twenty pounds Currant Money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the Use of the said William Taylor his heirs or assigns If it happen that the said William Smith doe not during the term aforesaid Learn his said apprentice the Trade of a tight Cooper and doe not give him One whole Years schoolling and at the Expiration of his servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and doe not provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for such an apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid &a
And thereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that Mary Sharpe mother of the aforesaid Orphan deliver up unto the aforesaid Guardian all the Estate of the afd Orphans that she hath in her hands and possession both reall and personall And that the afd Guardian Receive the Same and Give good security for to Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardianships as aforesaid &c Whereupon the said William Davis with Thomas Gilliss and Christopher Dowdle of Somerset County planters his securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said George Shape the aforesaid Orphan in three hundred pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of the said Orphan his heirs or assigns If it happen that the said William Davis the afd Guardian doe not Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardianships as aforesaid and doe not deliver up unto the aforesaid Orphan all his estate (Or his Guardian) all his estate both reall and personall that he shall receive into his possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same should be Legally required &c
unto the afd Guardian all that the Estate of the afd Orphan that she hath in her hands and possession lett it be of what kind so ever And that the afd Guardian receive the same and give good security for to Comply with the Law in Relation to such Guardianships as afd &a Whereupon the said William Davis together with Thomas Gillisse of Somerset County Gent and Christopher Dowdle of the same place Schoolmaster his securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Mary Sharpe the afd Orphan in One hundred and forty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattells Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the Use of the said Orphan |
