315 worshipfull Court and for that purpose prays to be admitted an attorney and he as in duty bound will pray Henry Wauchope Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Justices here fully understood It is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Henry Wauchope take the Severall Oaths directed by act of assembly to be taken to the Government and subscribe the oath of abjuration and Repeal the declaration and Subscribe the Same agreeable to the Same act of assembly &a Whereupon the said Henry Wauchope present herein Court as aforesaid took the Severall oaths appointed by act of assembly to be taken to the Gover^n^ment and repealed the declaration and Subscribed the Same with the Oath of Abjuration and took the Oath of an Attorney and thereupon the said Henry Wauchope is admitted to the practice of an attorney in this Court as aforesaid is praid &a Ordered that Coll Robert King Capt Henry Ballard and Capt Samuel Wilson or any One of them agree with Some Docter or Docters to make a Cure or Endeavour to make a Cure of a Certain Henry Williams an Object and Likewise to agree with Some person or persons to take of the said Henry Williams (whilst under the said Docter or Docters hands) and fined ^and provide^ for the said Williams all Such Necessarys as may be Sufficient for him during the time afd and they to be allowed for the Same at the next Levy Court &a
of nights Cannot take my natural rest and Petitions to your Worships that I may be tax free untill some Amendment and if so it Pleasseth god to Restore unto my former health should be Ready and Willing to pay my taxes ^as^ usually and hoaps that your Worships would take this my misfortune which hath Pleased god to afflict me with into Consider^a^tion and your Petitioner will ever in duty bound to Pray The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had It is Considered that the aforesaid Deverix Beckitts be Tax free untill pleas God to Restore him to his former State of health to Labour and that he be allowed One pound of tobacco p year &a Derrey a negro boy belonging to Teague Dickerson is adjudged to the age of Ten Years this term &a Leander a negro boy belonging to Magdalene Pollett is adjudged by the Court here to the age of eight Years this term &a Judith a negro Girle of John Shiles is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of fourteen Years this term &.a |
