315 Lucky a negro Girle of John Crocketts is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of Twelve Years of age this term &a Judith a negro Girle of Doubty Collier is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of Twelve Years this term &a David a negro boy belonging to Robert Dashiell is adjudged to Ten Years of age by the Court here this Term &a William Boardley of Sommerset County planter being ancient and Infirm and past Labour is discharged by the Court here from paying of Taxes for the future and allowed One pound of tobacco p year &a Whereas a Certain John Hitches order or warrant as Overseer of the Road Express to Run from the foot of Caldwells new Bridge on the westermost Side of Wickacomoco River when it Should have been from the westermost end of of the Causway at the high Land &.a And it is hereby Ordered that the said John Hitch's Overseer as aforesaid his Order or warrant for the Clearing of the Road afd begin at ^the^ high Land at the westermost End of the Causway afd untill the said Caldwell has Complyed with his Contract in making of the Causway aforesaid as by a former agreement with the Court may ^more^ fully appear &a
shall be full as good as the Old One and Something nearer Humbly prays Your Worships will be pleased to allow him to Turn the Same and he as in duty bound shall pray The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Thomas Winder have Liberty to Turn the Road as by the petition aforesaid is praid he first making the new road as good near and passable as the Old road and that the same new Road be made and Compleat to the Likeing of Capt John and Isaac Handy's and that the Old road Lay Open till the new One is finished as aforesaid &a Dinah a negro Girle belonging to John Henderson ^Jun^ is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of fifteen Years this term &a
