You Thomas Chaise John Tunstall and Patrick Allison all of Somerset County doe Confess Judgment
to Onorio Rosalini for the sum of fifty pounds sterling and three hundred and Eighty two pounds of tobacco
which sum was recovered by the said Onorio Rosalini against Thomas Chaise on the third Tuesday of Novr
Seventeen hundred and forty one in Somerset County Court the said Fifty pounds sterling and three
hundred and Eighty two pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodies Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements
for the use of the said Onorio Rosalini  In Case the said Thomas Chaise shall not pay and satisfie to the
said Onorio Rosalini the said sum of fifty pounds sterling and three hundred and Eighty two pounds of
tobacco to so as af.d recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of November
next the above Judgment Confesed the 8th of June 1742 before me                           Levin Gale

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should Take Heber
Whittingham late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and
forty two to satisfie David Willson of twenty pounds thirteen shillings and one penny Curr.t money and four
hundred and fourteen pounds of tobacco which ^to^ the same David Willson in the same Court before the Justices
thereof at dividing Creek were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and
assumption to the same David by the af.d Heber made and not performed whereof he is Convict &c

                      Att which day here Came the af.d David Willson by Robert Jenckins Henry his Attorney and the
sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Heber Whittingham
whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d David Wilson of the Damages af.d as to him it was
