298 forty two to satisfie Joseph Ennalls of Four pounds in bills of Creditt Curr.t money and Two hundred and fifty eight pounds of tobacco which to the same Joseph Ennalls in the same Court before the Justices hereof at dividing Creek were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and Assumption to the same Joseph by the af.d John Evans made and not performed whereof he is Convict &c Att which day here Came the af.d Joseph Ennalls by Francis Allen his Attorney and the sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d John Evans whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Joseph Ennalls of the Damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &c You John Evans Stephen Winright and John Evans Junr doe Confess Judgment to Joseph Ennalls for the sum of four pounds in bills of Creditt Curr.t money and two hundred and fifty Eight pounds of tobacco which sum was Recovered by the said Joseph Ennalls against the said John Evans on the Sixteenth day of June ^One thousand Seven hundred and forty One^ in the County Court the said sum of four pounds in bills of Creditt Curr.t money and two hundred and fifty Eight pounds of tobacco to be levied of your bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements for the use of the said Joseph Ennalls in Case the said John Evans shall not pay and satisfie to the said Joseph Ennalls the said sum of for pounds in bills of Creditt Curr.t money and two hundred and fifty Eight pounds of tobacco so as af.d Recovered against him with ^the^ additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of November Judgment Confest before us this 15th day of May 1742 Geo Dashiell To M.r Thomas Hayward Cl Tho.s Gillisse
Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty two to satisfie Onorio Rosalini as well a Certain debt of fifty pounds sterling which the same Onorio Rosalini in the same Court before the Justices thereof at Dividing Creek recovered against him as of three hundred and Eighty two pounds of tobacco which to the same Onorio in the same Court were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of the Detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &c Att which day here Came the af.d Onorio Rosalina by Robert Jenckins Henry his Attorney and the sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Thomas Chase whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Onorio Rosalini of the debt and Damages af.d as to him it was Commanded You |
