1742 298 keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty two to satisfie Joseph Ennalls of Sixty two pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and two hundred and ninety seven pounds of tobacco as also twenty two pounds of tobacco Additionall Costs for which sums the said Nehemiah Dorman together with Henry Reynolds and James Anderson before Henry Ballard and Thomas Gillisse Gentlemen two of his said Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somerset on the twelfth day of May Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one Confessed Judgment unto the said Joseph Ennalls According to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided whereof the said Nehemiah Dorman is Convict &c and the same day is given to the af.d Joseph there &c Att which day here Came the af.d Joseph Ennalls by Francis Allen his Attorney and the sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Nehemiah Dorman whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Joseph Ennalls of the debt and Costs af.d as to him it was Commanded &c Somerset County ss/ You Nehemiah Dorman Thomas Carey and George Mackeain do Confess Judgment to Joseph Ennalls for the sum of Sixty two pounds Curr.t money and three hundred and nineteen pounds of tobacco which sum was Confest to the said Joseph Ennalls by the said Nehemiah Dorman on the twelfth day of may 1741 before Henry Ballard and Thomas Gillisse two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County af.d according to the Directions of ^the^ an Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided the said sixty two pounds Curr.t money and three hundred and nineteen pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said Joseph Ennalls in Case the said Nehemiah Dorman shall not pay and satisfie to the said Joseph Ennalls the said sixty two pounds Currt money and three hundred and nineteen pounds so as afd Confest by him with the additionall Costs thereon on the 10th day of November next Judgment Confest 17th day of may 1742 before Thos Gillisse To Mr Tho.s Hayward Cl Cty MDashiell
