dividing Creek Recovered against him as of Two hundred and ninety four pounds of tobacco which to the same
Thomas Lee in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of the
Same debt whereof he is Convict &a

                               Att which day here Came the aforesaid Thomas Lee by George Douglas his attorney and
the Sheriffe of Somerset County to wit John Handy Gent at the Same day now here returned that he had taken
the aforesaid Stephen Coston whose body here at this day he had ready to Satisfie the aforesaid Thomas
Lee of the debt and damages aforesaid as to him it was Commanded &a

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should take
Thomas Buttler Late of Sommerset County planter if he Should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the Third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and forty Two to Satisfie Patrick Connelly of Three pounds five Shillings Currant money of
Maryland and Two hundred and forty Eight pounds of tobacco which to the Same Patrick in the Same Court
before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek aforesaid were Adjudged for his damages which he had
by Occasion of the non performance of a Certain promise and assumption to the aforesaid Patrick by the
aforesaid Thomas made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a

                            Att which day here Came the aforesaid Patrick Connelly by Robert Jenckins Henry his
    attorney and the Sheriff to witt John Handy Gentleman Now here at the Same day returned that he had
Taken the aforesaid Thomas Buttler whose body he had here Ready to Satisfie the aforesaid Patrick of the
damages aforesaid as to him it was Commanded &a

William Beavins Late of Sommerset County planter Otherwise Called William Beavins
if he Should be found in his bailywick and him should safe Keep so that he
might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One Thousand seven hundred and forty Two to Satisfie Denton
Carroll as well a Certain debt of Eighteen pounds Eight Shillings Currant money of Maryland which the same
Danton in his said Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Recovered against him as of Two hundred
and Ninety four pounds of tobacco which to the Same Denton in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages
