as well a Certain debt of four pounds five Shillings and One penny Sterling money and Two hundred and Thirty pounds of tobacco which the Same William Whittington in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek recovered against him as of two hundred and Seventy three pounds of tobacco which to the Same William in the SAme Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of the Same debt whereof he is Convict &c Att which day here Came the aforesaid William Whittington by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sheriffe to witt John Handy Gentleman now here returned that he had Taken the aforesaid Edward Rownd whose body hereat this day he had here ready to Satisfie the aforesaid William of the debt and damages aforesaid as aforesaid to him it was Commanded &a
forty Two to Satisfie William Brereton of One pound Seventeen Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and Seven hundred and Sixty Two pounds of tobacco which to the Same William Brereton in his Lordships County Court of Sommerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the non performance of a Certain promise and assumption to the Same William by the aforesaid Absolom made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a Att Which day here Came the aforesaid William Brereton in his proper person and the Sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had Taken the aforesaid Absolom Hobbs whose body here at this day he had ready to Satisfie the aforesaid William of the damages afd as to him it was Commanded &a
