body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of June ^Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred & forty two^ then next following to satisfie Benjamin Warrington of five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland
and five hundred and forty six pounds of tobacco a Certain Debt as also Twenty two pounds of tobacco additionall
Costs which the said Saul Townsend together with James Townsend and Solomon Townsend before John Scott
and William Lane Gentlemen Two of his said Lordships Justices of the af.d County Court on the
Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one Confessed Judgment unto the
af.d Benjamin Warrington According to Act of Assembly in such Cae made and provided whereof the said Saul is
Convict &c
                            Att which day here Came the af.d Benjamin Warrington by Geo Douglas his Attorney and
the sheriffe of Somerset County to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Saul
Townsend whose body hereat this day he had ready to ^satisfie^ answer the af.d Benjamin of his Debt & ^Costs^ af.d as to him
it was Commanded &c

    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should Take
Solomon Townsend late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his
bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and forty two to satisfie Benjamin Warrington of five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland &
five hundred and forty six pounds of tobacco a Certain Debt as also Twenty two pounds of tobacco additionall
Costs which the said Solomon Townsend together with James Townsend and Saul Townsend before John
scott and William Lane Gentlemen Two of his said Lordships Justices of the af.d County Court on the
