the province of Maryland planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that
he might have his body the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommerset to be held at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of June Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and forty Two to Satisfie Ephraim Waggaman
as well a Certain debt of thirteen pounds Currant money of Maryland which the Same Ephraim Waggaman
in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd Recovered against him as of One hundred
and ninety four pounds of tobacco which to the Same Ephraim in the Same Court were adjudged for his
damages which he had by Occasion of the detaining of the Same debt whereof he is Convict &a

            Att which day here Came the aforesaid Ephraim Waggaman by George Douglas his attorney and the
Sheriffe of Sommerset County to witt John Handy Gent now here Returned that he had taken the said Littleton
Townsend whose body here at this day he had Ready to Satisfie the aforesaid Ephraim of the debt and damages
aforesaid as aforesaid he was Commanded &a

Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should Take
Caleb Beavins Late of Somerset County planter otherwise Called Caleb Beavins of
Somerset County in the province of Maryland planter if he should be found in his
bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and forty two to satisfie William Murray & Thomas Airey as well a Certain Debt of Eleven pounds ten shillings
and Eleven pence halfe penny Curr.t money of Maryland which the same William and Thomas in the same Court
before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek Recovered against him as of one hundred and ninety Seven pounds of
tobacco which to the same William and Thomas in the same Court were adjudged for the Damages which they had
by Occasion of the Detention of that same Debt whereof he is Convict &c

                      Att which day here Came the af.d William Murray and Thomas Airey by Francis Allen their Attorney
and the sheriffe to witt of Somerset County to witt John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d
Caleb Beavins whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d William & Thomas of the debt and Damages
af.d as af.d he was Commanded &c
