that the af.d Thomas hath sustained Damages by Occasion of the premisses beyond his Costs and Charges by him
about his suit in that part apposed to two pounds fourteen shillings and nine pence Curr.t money of Maryland and not
more and because the af.d Thomas denys not this but the same Allegation Grants to be true prays Judgment for those
Damages above acknowledged together with his Costs and Charges af.d to him to be adjudged &a

             Therefore by Consent of the parties af.d it is Considered by the Court that the af.d Thomas Sanders recover
against the af.d William Dorman his Damages af.d to the af.d two pounds fourteen shillings and nine pence Curr.t
money of Maryland by the same Willson in form af.d Acknowledged as also four hundred and Twenty
371         pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges af.d to the same Thomas of his request by the Court now here
of the Assent of the parties af.d adjudged which Certain Damages in the whole amounts to two pounds fourteen
shillings and nine pence Curr.t money of Maryland and four hundred and Twenty
pounds of tobacco and the af.d Wilson in mercy &c

Memorandum  The plantiffe Sued Out his Lordships writt of attachm.t against the defend.t the
tenor whereof followeth in these words  Sommerset ss  Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.a  To the Sheriffe of
Sommerset County Greeting We Command you that you attach any the goods ^chattles^ and Credits of William King Late
of Sommerset County Inholder if they shall be found in Your Bailywick to the Value of Two pounds five
Shillings and Eleven pence Currant money of Maryland and Seven hundred pounds of tobacco and when you
have the Same attached or any part thereof the Same in your Custody safe keep so that you have the Same
before our Justices of our County County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then
next Following then and there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to satisfie Day Scott of two pounds Five
shillings and Eleven pence Curr.t money of Maryland and two hundred and twenty six pounds of tobacco which to the
same Day Scott in our same Court before our Justices at dividing Creek were adjudged for his Damages which he had by
Occasion of a Certain promise and Assumption to the same Day by the af.d William in the County af.d made and not
performed whereof he is Convict and that by good and Lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto the
person or persons in whose hands you make the same Attachment that he she or they be and appear before our Justices
of our County Court to be held as af.d to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same goods Chattles or Credits so as
af.d Attached in his her or their hands Ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made According to Act of
Assembly in such Case made and provided if to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this Writt
that you make known unto our said Justices at the day and place af.d and have you then and there this Writt Wittness
