Jame Rownds orphans
    Bond
 Somerset County
in Maryland
 Know all men by these presents that wee Katherine Rownd James
Martin and John Miller ^all^ of Somerset County in the province af.d are holden
and firmly bound unto Mary Rownd James Rownd William Rownd John Rownd and Edward Rownd orphans of
James Rownd dec.d in the full and just sum of one thousand and Sixty Six pounds eleven shillings and ten pence
half penny Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Mary James William John and Edw.d Rownd
their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our
and either of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents
sealed with our seal and dated this Seventeenth day of June Anno Dom 1742

       The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissory Genll hath transmitted
unto this Court the Account of the estate of James Rownds dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to
the above said Orphans the sum of Five hundred and thirty three pounds five shillings and eleven pence
farthing Curr.t money therefore if the above said Katherine Rownd James Martin and John Miller their or any
of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and doe well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Orphans the sum
of Five hundred and thirty three pounds five shilling and eleven pence half penny Curr.t money According to Act of
Assembly and the deceaseds will when shall arrive at full age to receive the same &a  then the above obligation to be
void and of none effect or otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue &c

      Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should Take Wilson Dorman
Late of Sommerset County planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him should safe
keep so that he might have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and forty Two to
Answer unto Thomas Sanders of a plea of trespass upon the Case &a  and the Same day is given to the afd Thomas
there &.a  and the said Thomas Complained of the aforesaid Wilson in the plea aforesaid in form following  Sommerset
ss  Wilson Dorman Late of Sommerset County planter was attached to answer unto Thomas Sanders of a plea
of trespass upon the Case &.a   And Whereupon the said Thomas by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney Complaines
