the Court here that the af.d William Copsey pay unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary for his fine
by the Court hereupon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d
he is Convict thirty shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that the said William Copsey be taken to satisife
his said Lordship of the fine af.d &c

             Whereupon the said William Copsey is ordered to give Security to save and keep Indemnified the
Justices of the County of Somerset and their Successors from all troubles burthens and Charges that might
Accrew by means of the birth maintainance and bringing up of the Child af.d &c

                Thereupon the said William Copsey with Joseph Porter of Somerset County planter his Security both
present herein Court in his proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the
right Honourable the Lord propry of the province of Maryland in Forty pounds Curr.t money of their
bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of the Inhabitants
of the County of Somerset for the time being if it happen that the said William Copsey and Joseph Porter
their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns any or either of them doe not from time to time and at all times hereafter
acquit discharge and save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County Court for the time being as allso
the Inhabitants of said County of and from all Costs CHarges and burthens whatsoever for or by reason
of the birth maintainance nourishing and bringing up of the Child af.d and of and from all other suits
Charges troubles or demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the same &c

          Whereupon the said William Copsey is ordered to give good security for the payment of all Fee
or Fees due on the Information af.d to any person or persons whatsoever   Thereupon Joseph Porter of
Somerset County planter present herein Court undertook for the said William Copsey to pay all Fee or Fees
due to any person or persons whatsoever on the Information af.d in Case the said William Copsey doth not pay
the same &c



James Quatermus appears herein Court according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance
at this Court to answer unto all Such matters and things as should be Objected against him on his Lordships
behalfe as to give Evidence against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &a  and is discharged
from said Recognizance he paying the Severall Officers Fees due thereon &c


John Lowe appears here in Court according to his Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence on behalfe of
his Lordship against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &.a  and is discharged therefrom
