278 William Jaman being bound ^to Recognizance^ for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court and for as much as it is made appear to the Court here that the said William Jarman is sick and Could not appear at this court &a Thereupon the said William Jarman is discharged he paying of fees due &a Peter Taylor appears herein Court according to his Recognizance Entered into for his good behaviour &a and is discharged therefrom he and his Security he paying of fees &a Jeremiah Carey appears herein Court according to his Recognizance entered into for good behaviour and is discharged therefrom he paying of all fees due by Law &.a
of a Certain Samuel Willson and Martha his wife and Henry Waggaman and Mary his wife of the County af.d in Relation to the Bounds of a division of two tracts of Land one Called Woolford and the other Called Happy Addition between them and John Woolford &a We therefore Require you or any three or two of you at Some time and place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you meet on the af.d Land Called Woolford and Happy Addition (You first haveing takeing your Oaths on the holy evangelist of Almighty God According to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided) and there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all such evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated by the Complanant or def.t if any and that you or any three or two of you examine them upon their Corporall Oaths to be by you or any three or two of you Administred on the holy evangelist of Almighty God in the presence of the Complainant or def.t if any touching the truth or remembrance of their knowledge or any thing that may relate to the Cause af.d and that reducing the severall depositions into writing you send the same together with this our Commission under your or any three or two of your hands and seals to us to our County Court of Somerset with all Convenient speed Wittness John Scott Gent one of our Justices of our Said Court the twenty fourth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty And now to witt the third Tuesday of June being the fifteenth day of the same month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty two at a Court then held before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek in and for the County of Somerset Came George Dashiell ^Joseph Gillisse^ and William Jones three of the Gentlemen nominated in the above Commission and made return thereof endorsed with the severall depositions thereto Annexed in form Following Maryland |
