278 Mathew Huggins being bound by Recognizance for his appearance to Testifie on Behalfe of his Lordship against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &.a And it being made appear her to the satisfaction of the Court that the said Mathew Huggins was sick and Could not attend the Court to Testifie &a Thereupon the said Mathew Huggins is discharged by the Court here from the Recognizance afd &a Nehemiah Messick appears herein Court according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance to testifie on behalfe of his Lordship against Nicholas Buckler and is discharged therefrom &a James Quatermus appears here in Court according to his Recognizance Entered into to give evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Nicholas Buckler and is discharged therefrom &a Ann Messick appears here in Court according to her Recognizance entered into to Testifie on behalfe of his Lordship against Nicholas Buckler and is discharged therefrom &a Susannah Collins being bound by recognizance for her appearance to testifie on behalfe of his Lordship against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &.a And for as much as it being made appear to the Satisfaction of the Court here that the aforesaid Susannah Collins was sick and Could not attend the Court to testifie as aforesaid &.a Thereupon the said Susannah Collins is discharged by the Court here from the Recognizance aforesaid &a Elizabeth Huggins appears here in Court according to her Recognizance Entered into to give evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &.a and is discharged therefrom &a Saul Townsend appears herein Court according to his Recognizance Entered into for his good behaviour &.a and is discharged by the Court therefrom paying of fees &a Rouse Fasitt appears herein Court according to his Recognizance Entered into for his good behaviour &a and nothing being Objected against him he is discharged by the Court therefrom he paying of fees &a Saul Townsend being bound by Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court &a Came hereinto Court and prays that his appearance may be Recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged &.a Thereupon the said Saul Townsends appearance is Recorded and he and his Security are discharged &a |
