Court here fully understood   It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Shelah Doughan pay unto his said Lordship
the Right honourable the Lord proprietary for her fine by the Court here upon her Imposed for and by Occasion of
the premisses aforesaid where of in form aforesaid she is Convict thirty Shillings Currant money of Maryland and that
the said Shelah be Taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of her fine aforesaid &a

             Whereupon the said Shelah is Ordered to give Security to Save and Keep Indemnified the Justices of the
County of Sommerset and their Successors from all troubles burthens Costs and Charges that might accrew by means of the
birth maintainance and bringing up of the Child aforesaid &a

             Thereupon a Certain Thomas Toadvine of Sommerset County planter present herein Court in his proper
person undertook for the Same Shelah Doughan and acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Right
Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland in Thirty pounds Currant money of said Province
of his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of the Inhabitants of the County
of Sommerset for the Time being   If it happen that he the said Thomas Toadvine his heirs Executors or administrators
or any or Either of them doe not from time to time and at all times hereafter acquit discharge and Save
harmless as well the Justices of Sommerset County Court for the time being as also the Inhabitants of said County
of and from all Costs Charges and Burthens whatsoever for or by Reason of the birth maintainance nourishing and
bringing up of the aforesaid Child and of and from all other suits Charges Troubles or demands whatsoever for touching
or Concerning of the Same &a            Likewise the Said Shelah Doughen is Ordered to give Security for her
the payment of all fee or fees due by means of the Information aforesaid to any person or person whatsoever

          Thereupon the aforesaid Thomas Toadvine present here in Court undertook for the said Shelah Doughan to pay
all fee or fees due to any person or person on the Information afd In Case the said Shelah Doughen doth not pay the

 Now to witt this fifteenth day of June Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and forty Two
at a Court then held at dividing Creek before his Lordships Justices Came the aforesaid Edward
Bennett in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Securitys in this part before
acknowledged and prayes that his appearance may be Recorded and he and his Securitys discharged from the Recognizance
aforesaid &.a   Thereupon the said Edward Bennetts appearance is recorded and he and his Security accordingly
discharged from the Recognizance afd &a

    Whereupon the said Edward Bennett is Ordered to give Security for the payment of all fee or fees due
to any person or persons on the Recognizance aforesaid &a

       Thereupon a Certain Joshua Mitchell present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said Edward
Bennett to pay all fee or fees due to any person or persons on the Recognizance afd  In Case the said Edward
Bennett doth not pay the Same &a
