       The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered that a Commission Issue to the
af.d Richard Parker as by the petition af.d is praid and that Mitchell Dashiell John Gale Robert Dashiell and
Capell King of Somerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission According to Act of
Assembly in such Case made and provided &a

          To the Worshipfull Justices of Sommerset County now sitting the Humble
petition of Thomas Banister and John Grifen humbly sheweth that we the Subscribers
has Long stood security for the estate of William Hath for Ann Hath at Dubbin his dec.d wife we pray that
she may give ^us^ Counter security or deliver up the Estate for we understand she is going to move out of the County
or deliver it up into the hands of your humble petitioners which is in duty bound to pray

                The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had &.a   It is Considered by the Court that the aforesaid Ann Haith al.s Dubbin
deliver up unto the aforesaid Thomas Banister and John Grifin all the Estate of the aforesaid Willm
Haith dec.d that She hath in her hands and possession that doth belong to the Legall Representatives of
the aforesaid William Haith dec.d or give them Counter Security according to act of assembly in Such Case
made and provided  Otherwise attachment or distress upon application will Issue Out of this Court
against the Estate as afd to possess themselves thereof &a

Sommerset ss  Memorandum That at a Court of his Lordship the Right honrble
the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland held at dividing Creek
in Somerset County the third Tuesday of November to witt the seventeenth day of
the same month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one before his said Lordships Justices
the peace in the County af.d to keep assigned by the Oath of twelve Jurors presented that Elizabeth Porter late of
Somerset County parish in the County of Somerset spinster the thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and forty at the parish af.d in the County af.d and within the Jurisdiction of this Court did
Commit fornication with a Certain person to the Jurors af.d unknown and did permitt the same unknown person then
and there to have Carnall knowledge of her body and then and there to beget a bastard Child on the body of her the same
Elizabeth Porter to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the evill Example of all others in such Case offending
Contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the
