Court here that a Certain George Hardy who had Intermaried with the Mother of the aforesaid Orphan deliver up unto
the aforesaid Guardian all the Estate of the aforesaid ^Orphan^ that he hath in his hands and possession both Real and personall and
that the aforesaid Guardian receive the Same and give good Security for to Comply with the Guardianship aforesaid &a

                      Whereupon the aforesaid John Gale together with Levin Gale and George Gale both of Sommerset
County Esquires his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the
aforesaid Christopher Nutter Orphan as aforesaid in Seven hundred and forty three pounds ten Shillings Currant money
of Maryland of their bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to the Use of the aforesaid Christopher
Nutter Orphan as aforesaid his heirs Executors administrators or assigns to be made and Levied  If it happen that the
aforesaid John Gale Guardian as aforesaid ^do not Comply with the Law in Relation to Such Guardianships as afd and^ and doe not deliver up unto the aforesaid Orphan or his Guardiant
all his Estate both Real and parsonall that he Shall receive and take into his hands and possession peaceably and
quietly when ever the Same should be Legally required &a

 John Gale of Sommerset County Gentleman being present here in Court in his proper
person of his Own free Consent is appointed by the Court here as Guardian in and
over Ann Nutter an Orphan under the age of fourteen years untill the said Orphan should arrive at
full age for the Choseing of her Guardian &a  Thereupon it is Ordered by the court here that a Certain George Hardy who
had Intermaried with the moth of the af.d Orphan deliver up unto the af.d Guardian all the Estate of the af.d Orphan that
he hath in his hands and possession both real and personall and that the af.d Guardian receive the same and ^give^ good give good security
for to Comply with the Guardianship af.d &a

                Whereupon the af.d John Gale together with Levin Gale and George Gale both of Somerset County Esquires his securitys
all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the af.d Ann Nutter Orphan ^as^ af.d in Five
hundred and forty four pounds five shillings and six pence Curr.t money of maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements
severally to the use of the af.d Ann Nutter Orphan as af.d her heirs Exrs admrs or assigns to be made and Levied  If it happen
that the af.d John Gale Guardian as af.d ^do not Comply with the Law in Relation to Such Guardianships as afd and^ Orphan or her Guardiant all her Estate both real and
personall that he shall receive and take into his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same should be Legally

the petition of Richard Parker most humbly sheweth that the bounders of a Certain tract of
Land Called Pechingo Rigg and Likewise the Bounders of Lions Lott which your petitioner is now possessed with is gon
to decay or Can hardly be known your petitioner most humbly pray your Worships would be pleased to appoint Commissioners
