John Melson appointed Overseer of the Roads from Robert Melvins fence to Littletons Creek bridge and
from thence into the main Road by Samuel Mills's in Pocomoke hundred &a


    James Houston appointed Overseer of the Road from the South East Side of Pocomoke River at Stevenses
Ferry beginning at the River Side and from thence to Benstons dams and from Smith Mills's to Merrills Mill and
from thence to the aforesaid ferry &a


Ordered that Capt Henry Ballard Receiver of the County fines pay Out of the aforesaid fines Thirty
Shilling Currant money of Maryland to th Abigail Glass to the Use of Joseph Holloway an Object
and the Same to be allowed of at the Laying of the County Levey then next following &a


Randall Revell
  chose guardian
 Randall Revell son of Randall Revell Late of Sommerset County deceased being
above the age of fourteen Years Came here into Court and prays that he may be
permitted to Chose a Certain John Pitts of Sommerset County planter as his Guardian
which is by the Court here unto him granted &a   Thereupon the said Randell Revell the Younger present
present here in Court in his proper person makes Choice of the aforesaid John Pitts as his Guardian &.a

       Whereupon the said John Pitts is Ordered to take into his Care and management all the Estate
of the said Randall Revell the Younger both Real and parsonall and give good Security for to
Comply with the Guardianship aforesaid &a

                Thereupon the said John Pitts together with a Certain Robert Pitts and William Gillett
of Sommerset County planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged
them Selves Indebted unto the said Randall Revell the Younger in One hundred pounds Currant money
of Maryland of their bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the
Use of the said Randall Revell the Younger his heirs Executors administrators or assigns   If it happen
that the aforesaid John Pitts Guardian as aforesaid doe not Comply with the Law in Relation to Such
Guardianships as aforesaid and doe not deliver up unto the aforesaid Randall Revell the Younger or to
his guardian or Guardians all his Estate Real and personall that he should take into his hands or possession
or that of Right to the said Randall Revell the Younger should belong peaceably and quietly when
ever the same should be Legally required &a

   Guardian to
Christopher Nutter
 John Gale of Sommerset County Gentleman being present herein Court in his proper
person of his Own Free Consent is appointed by the Court here as Guardian in and
Over Christopher Nutter an Orphan under the age of fourteen Years untill the said
Orphan should arrive at full age for the Choseing of his Guardian &.a
                                                                                                                Thereupon it is Ordered by the
                                                                                                                                                 Court
