      petn
     To the Worshipfull the Justices of Sommerset County now sitting The Humble petition of
John Davis of the said County humbly sheweth  That whereas your petition having Land Lying in
Annamessex that is to Say two Tracts the One Called Brittlehow and the Other Long Hedge the bounders whereof are
Like to become Obsolete if not Timely perpetuated  Your petitioner humbly prays your worships will Order him
a Commission that he may prove the bounders thereof and your petitioner shall ever pray

                   The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered that a Commission Issue
    to the aforesaid John Davis as by the petition aforesaid is praid and That Thomas Williams Sampson Wheatly W.m
Colebourn J.r and Charles Roach of Sommerset County Gentleman be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according
to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

David Odaugh an Orphan aged Seventeen Years the nineteenth day of May Last is
bound Out by the Court here an apprentice ^according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided^ unto Owen Odaugh of Sommerset County Cart
wheelwright untill he arrives at the age of Twenty One Years the said apprentice to serve
his said master the full term aforesaid during which term the aforesaid apprentice his said Master well
and faithfully he Shall Serve ^his secrets Keep^ his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he shall doe and in
all things as good and faithfully apprentice shall demean himself towards his said master and all his during the term
aforesaid                    In Consideration of Which Service the said Owen Odaugh present herein Court in his
proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in manner and following
that is to say that he the said Owen Odaugh shall and will during the term aforesaid Learn his said apprentice the
Trade of a Cart wheelwright and to read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the
Expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and
Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for such an
apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid &.a

             Whereupon the said Owen Odaugh is Ordered to give Security for to Comply with the Covenants afd
Therefore the said Owen Odaugh with a Certain John Goddard of Sommerset County planter his Security both present
herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the said David Odaugh in
Forty pounds Currant money of Maryland of their bodies goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements Joyntly and Severally
to the Use of the said David Odaugh his heirs Executors administrators or assigns to be made and Levied &a

          If it happen that the said Owen Odaugh doe not Learn his said apprentice during the term afd the
Trade of a Cart wheelwright and Read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and doe not at
