Sommerset ss   Att a Court of his Lordship the Right Honrble Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary
       of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &a held at dividing Creek in and for
       the County of Sommerset the Third Tuesday of June to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month Ann Dom
       One Thousand Seven hundred and forty Two by his said Lordships the Lord Proprietary his Justices the peace  
       in the same County to keep assigned of whom were present

    Whereupon the Court being ^Called and^ sat as above proceeded to business in manner following   And Thereupon
Proclamation being made and the Sheriffe of Sommerset County to witt John Handy Gentleman makes Return
of a pannell of Orphan Jurors as Followeth to witt  William Waters William Jones William Dashiell James
Lawes Daniel Tingle John Flint John Marcy Andrew Collins Richard Hall Thomas Bayley John Reed Jr
Edward Kellum Leonard Johnson William Davis and Ambross Willett the Jurors aforesaid so as aforesaid
so as aforesaid Impannelled being Called Over by their names do appear as above and were Sworn and Charged
and sent Out to Consider &.c soon after the Jurors aforesaid being sworn and Charged as aforesaid Return here
into Court and present to the Court here present aprasement against a Certain Sarah Houchon and
thereupon the Jurors aforesaid were accordingly discharged and against the aforesaid Sarah Houchon  It is ordered
that Capias Issue Returnable to August Court then next Following &a

     petn
    To the worshipfull Justices of Sommerset County now in Court Sitting the petition of
William Cox humbly sheweth that your petition is possessed of a tract of Land Called
Waterford Lying in the County aforesaid the bounds of which may at any time become doubtful not perpetuated
by the Testimony of some antient people now Living   Therefore your petitioner humbly prays
that Commissioners may be appointed pursuant to act of assembly in such Case provided to take the Examination
of Wittnesses Relating to the tract of Land above mentioned or the bounds of any other tract that the Same Tract
waterford may have any dependance on or Relation to your petitioner in duty bound shall pray

             The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood   it is Considered by the Justices
here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid William Cox and that Thomas Williams Robert Jenckins Henry
Sampson Wheatly and John White pocomoke all of Sommerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same
Commission according to act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
