270 the same Peter beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in this part apposed to tenn pounds Currant money of Maryland and for their Costs and Charges to One pound of tobacco Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Peter Taylor Recover against the aforesaid Wonney McClemmey his damages aforesaid by the Jurors aforesaid in form aforesaid assessed as also One Thousand One hundred & Seventy Eight pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges to the Same Peter Taylor by the Court here of his assent of Increase adjudged which Certain damages in the whole amount to Ten pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and One Thousand One hundred and Seventy Nine pounds of Tobacco and the aforesaid Wonney in mercy &a memorandum the plantiffe Releaseth unto the aforesaid defend.t the the aforesaid Ten pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and One Thousand One hundred and Seventy nine pounds of tobacco & Therefore the said Wonney McClemmey of the aforesaid Ten pounds Curr.t money and One thousand One hundred and Seventy and nine pounds of tobacco be quiet &a The Court adjourns untill the Third Tuesday of June Ann Dom 1742 |
