    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should Take Francis
Parsons Late of Sommerset County planter if he Should be found in his bailywick and
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Sommerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March Ann Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and forty One to Satisfie John Henry Late Sheriffe of the County aforesaid of Nine pounds Sixteen
Shillings and Eleven pence Curr.t money of Maryland and four hundred and Twenty Seven pounds of tobacco which
to the same John Henry in the same Court before the af.d Justices at Dividing Creek were adjudged for his Damages
not performed whereof he is Convict and the same day is given to the af.d John here &a

                                  Att which day here Came the af.d John Henry by Robert Jenckins Henry his Attorney and the
sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Francis Parsons
whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d John Henry of his Damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &a

late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that
he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie John Henry Late sheriffe
of the said County of Somerset of Six pounds ten shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and two hundred and Eighty Eight pounds
of tobacco which to the same John Henry in the same Court before the af.d Justices thereof at Dividing Creek were adjudged for
his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and Assumption to the same John Henry by the af.d John
MaClester made and not performed whereof he is Convict and the same day is given to the af.d John Henry here &c

                         Att which day here Came the af.d John Henry by Robert Jenckins Henry his Attorney and the sheriffe
of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d John MaClester whose
body here at this day he had Ready to answ satisfie the af.d John Henry of his Damages af.d as to him it was Commanded
