day now here Returned that he had taken the af.d Peter Taylor whose body hereat this
day he had Ready to satisfie the af.d Francis Allen of his damages af.d as to him it

    Donnock Dennis

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should
Take Donock Dennis late of Somerset County in the province of Maryland
planter al.s dict Donnock Dennis Junr of Somerset and province above said
planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of
March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie John Bishop of as well a Certain
Debt of one hundred pounds Curr.t money of maryland which the same John Bishop in the said Court
before his Lordships Justices recovered against him as of Six hundred and ten pounds of tobacco which to
the same John Bishop in the same Court were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of
the Detention of that same Debt whereof he is Convict and the same day is given to the af.d John here &c

                            Att which day here Came the af.d John Bishop by Francis Allen his Attorney and the
sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Donnock
Dennis whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d John Bishop of the Debt and Damages
af.d as to him it was Commanded &c

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should take
Richard Knight if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe Keep
so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommerset to
be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and forty
One to Satisfie William Pilshard Late of Sommerset County planter of One hundred and Eighty Six
pounds of tobacco which to the Same William Pilshard in the same Court before the Justices thereof
at dividing Creek by discretion of the Same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which he
sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the aforesaid Richard Knight against the same
William Pilshard in the same Court Impetrated according to the form of the Statute thereof made and
provided against parties plantiffes which their writts in such manner of pleas do not prosecute or
