267 day now here Returned that he had taken the af.d Peter Taylor whose body hereat this day he had Ready to satisfie the af.d Francis Allen of his damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &.a
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie John Bishop of as well a Certain Debt of one hundred pounds Curr.t money of maryland which the same John Bishop in the said Court before his Lordships Justices recovered against him as of Six hundred and ten pounds of tobacco which to the same John Bishop in the same Court were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of the Detention of that same Debt whereof he is Convict and the same day is given to the af.d John here &c Att which day here Came the af.d John Bishop by Francis Allen his Attorney and the sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Donnock Dennis whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d John Bishop of the Debt and Damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &c
