when &c and saith that he Cannot deny the Action af.d of the af.d James Anderson nor but that he
did Assume upon himself in manner and form as the af.d James Anderson above against him hath
Complained and as to the damage of the same James by him by Occasion of the premisses in that part
sustained the same Peter saith and Acknowledgeth that the af.d James hath Sustained damages by occasion
of the premisses beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed to Five pounds
Curr.t money of the province of Maryland and not more and because the af.d James denys not this but the
same allegation grants to be true prays Judgment for those damages above acknowledged together with
his Costs and Charges af.d to him to be adjudged &c

                   Therefore by Consent of the parties af.d it is Considered that the af.d James Anderson
recover against the af.d Peter Taylor his damages af.d to the af.d Five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland
by the same Peter in form af.d acknowledged as also three hundred and twelve pounds of tobacco for his
Costs and Charges af.d to the same James at his request by the Court now hereof the assent of the parties af.d
adjudged which Certain damages in the whole amounts to Five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and
three hundred and twelve pounds of tobacco and the af.d Peter in mercy &c


    Whereas a Certain Mary Riggin being Summoned to give Security for the Ballance of her deceased
Husband John Riggins Estate according to Law &.c  and now to witt the Sixteenth day of March Ann Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and forty One Came hereinto Court the Said Mary Riggin in her proper person and
made it appear to the Satisfaction of the Same Court that there was noe need nor Necessity for her to give any
Security for the Same Ballance of Estate afd &a   Whereupon the Said Mary Riggin is discharged by the Court
from giving any Security as aforesaid &a


Whereupon a Certain John Huett Nutter of Sommerset County planter being Summoned to give Security for the
ballance of a Certain Sarah Nutter deceaseds Estate &.a  And now to witt this Sixteenth day of march Ann Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and forty One Came hereinto Court the said John Huet Nutter and produced the following Certificate &a
   
    To the Worshipfull Justices of Sommerset County      I hereby Certifie that on the Sixth day of January 1741/2
M.r John Hewett Nutter passed his Second Additional Acc.o on M.rs Sarah Nutters Estate by which it appears
that he over paid the said Estate the sum of three pounds twelve shillings and four pence      Certified p
Henry Trippe deputy Comry of Dorchester County          Which being read and heard   It is Considered
that the aforesaid John Huet Nutter be discharged from giving any Security for the Ballance as Transmitted
to this Court as aforesaid
