Mullikin in the peace of God and the same Lord propry then and there being an Assault did make and him the said Robert then and there did beat wound evilly treat so that of his life it was greatly dispaired and other harms to him then and there did to the grievous Damage of him the said Robert Contrary to the peace of the said Lord propry his good rule and Government Test Arthur McAllen Rob.t Mullikin On the foregoing bill of Indictment it is endorsed this bill sent up to the grand Jury by the Leave of the Court Ignoramus In persuance to an order of Somerset County Court we the Subscribers have laid of two roads beginning at the foot of Cawsway Joyning to main land on the westermost side of sallisbury bridge vizt one over Quininghams branch and one over Rocawaken mill branch by Prices plantation into the main road that leads from Jn.o Handys Ferey to springhill the other through the barens of Quniningham into the main road by walkers plantation that leads to springhill Isaac Handy R Dashiell Ordered that James McDaniel Recover against Edmond Hough Sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalfe of the Said Edmond Hough against Thomas Pingally he having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered that Bowdin Robins recover against John Atkinson thirty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance one day as an Evidence on behalfe of the said John Atkinson against Joseph Nicholson he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered that George Taylor recover against John Atkinson ninety pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said John Atkinson against Joseph Nicholson he haveing made oath the same &c Ordered that Littleton Townsend recover against Edmund Hough one hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance Six days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Edmund Hough against Thomas Pingally he haveing made oath to the same &c Ordered that Phillip Spicer recover against Sarah Staples ninety ^administratrix of James Staples decd^ pounds of tobacco being due unto him |
