aforesaid specified above upon him Imposed in manner and form as by the Information aforesaid above
upon him supposed and is willing to pay his fine for the fact aforesaid &a

             Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Justices here fully understood
It is Considered by the Court here That the aforesaid Solomon Crapper pay unto his said Lordship the Lpry
for his fine by the Court here ^upon him^ Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form afd
he is Convict thirty Shillings Currant money of Maryland and that the said Solomon be Taken to satisfie
his said Lordship of the fine afd              Whereupon the said Solomon Cropper is Ordered to give
Security to Save and Keep Indemnified the Justices of Sommerset County and their Successors from all
troubles burthens and Charges that might a Crew by means of the birth maintainance and bringing up of
the Child aforesaid &.a      Thereupon the said Solomon Cropper with Samuel Hopkins of Sommerset
County Gentleman his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted
unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in Thirty pounds Currant money of Maryland of their bodies
goods and Chattles Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Severally
to be made and Levied   If it happen that the said Solomon Crapper and Samuel Hopkins their heirs
Executors and administrators or any or Either of them do not from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
acquit discharge and Save harmless as well the Justices of Sommerset County Court for the time being
as also the Inhabitants of Said County of and from all Costs Charges and burthens whatsoever for or by
reason of the birth maintainance nourishing and bringing up of the Child aforesaid and of and from all other
suits Charges troubles and demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the same &.a            thereupon
the said Solomon Crapper is discharged of and from the premisses afd he paying the Severall fees due by means
of the premisses afd &a

of the Right honourable the Lord proprietary that now is who for the Same Lord proprietary
    in this part prosecuteth doth Come here into the County Court of the Same Lord proprietary held for Sommerset
    County to witt at dividing Creek in the said County of Sommerset the Sixteenth day of March in the Year
    of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty One before John Scot Esquire and his associates the
    same Lord proprietary his Justices of the Same County Court and for the Same Lord proprietary
    doth give the Court here to understand and be Informed that Mary Bailey Late of Sommerset parish
    in the said County of Sommerset Spinster the Tenth day of aprill in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand seven
    hundred and forty One at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Commit
