Arthur Hickman of Sommerset County planter Came here into Court in his proper person according to a certain
Recognizance by him and his Security in this part first acknowledged for his good behaviour and appearance at
this Court   and he and his Security are discharged there from paying of fees &a

Nicholas Buckler
Now to witt this Sixteenth day of March Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and Forty One at a Court then held at dividing Creek before his Lordships Justices
Came a Certain Nicholas Buckler of Sommerset County planter in his proper person
according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Securitys in this part first acknowledged and prays that
his appearance may be recorded and he and his Securitys discharged  Thereupon the said Nicholas Bucklers
appearance is Recorded and he and his Securitys accordingly discharged &a

          Whereupon the said Nicholas Buckler is ordered to give new Recognizance in One hundred
pounds Curr.t money of Maryland with two Securitys in fifty pounds Each Like money for his the said
Nicholas Bucklers good behaviour and appearance at June Court then next following to answer &a

                   Thereupon the said Nicholas Buckler together with Nehemiah Maseck and James Quatermus
of Sommerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons  Acknowledged
themselves to owe unto his said Lordship the right Honourable the Lord propry of the province of
maryland in manner Following vizt   the af.d Nicholas Buckler in one hundred pounds Curr.t money of the
province af.d and the af.d Nehemiah Messick and James Quatermus in fifty pounds Curr.t money Each of their
bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his
his heirs and Successors   If it happen that the said Nicholas Buckler do not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the Third Tuesday
of June then next Following and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning all such matters and
things as shall be then and there objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and doe not stand and abide
the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he keep
not the peace and be not of the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people &c
