his appearance may be recorded and he discharged from the aforesaid Recognizance &.a  Thereupon the said Nehemiah
Messicks appearance is recorded and he is accordingly discharged &.a  Whereupon the said Nehemiah Messick
is Ordered to give new Recognizance for his appearance (in thirty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland) at June Court
next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the Said Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony &a

                      Thereupon the said Nehemiah Messick present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged
himselfe Indebted unto his said Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary of Maryland in thirty
pounds Currant money of Said Province of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements To be made and
Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen that the said Nehemiah Messick
do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommerset to be held
at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next following and doe not then and there give such Evidence as
he knoweth against the aforesaid Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony &a and doe depart the ^same^ Court without Leave &a

Now to witt the Sixteenth day of March Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and
Forty One at a Court then held at dividing Creek before his Lordships Justices Came a Certain
James Quatermus of Sommerset County planter in his proper person according to a Certain
Recognizance by him in this part first acknowledged for his appearance at this Court to give Evidence against
a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony &.a  Thereupon the said James Quatermus his appearance is recorded and
and he accordingly discharged &.a  Whereupon the said James Quatermus is Ordered to give new Recognizance
in Thirty pounds Currant money of Maryland for his appearance at June Court then next Following to give Evidence
on behalfe of his said Lordship against the said Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of Felony &c

             Thereupon the said James Quatermas present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himself
