233 Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being Seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the af.d Temperance Gray pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for her fine by the Court here upon her Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d she is Convict thirty Shillings Currt money of maryland and that the said Temperance Gray be taken to satisfie his said Lordship if the fine af.d &.a Thereupon the said Temperance Gray is ordered to give security for the payment of any fee or fees due upon the Information and premisses af.d to any person or persons whatsoever &.a Thereupon a Certain William Stevens of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said Temperance Gray to pay any fee or Fees and all Fees that might Accrew due by means of the premisses and Information af.d to any person or persons whatsoever &.a
Thereupon the Said Edward Bennetts appearance is Recorded and he and his Securitys accordingly discharged &c Whereupon the said Edward Bennett is Ordered to give new Recognizance with Two Securitys for his the said Edward Bennetts good Behaviour and appearance at June Court then next following Thereupon the said Edward Bennett together with Joshua Mitchell and James Linsey both of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves to owe unto his said Lordship the right Honrble the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland in manner and form Following viz.t the af.d Edward Bennett in ten pounds Curr.t money of the province af.d Joshua Mitchell and James Linsey in five Curr.t money Each of their bodys goods or Chattles lands or tenements severally to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Edward Bennett doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next Following and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning all such matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the same Court without leave and in the mean time if he keep not the peace and be not of the good behaviour to all his said Lordships good people &c |
