Catherine Steward admrx of the Reverend M.r William Steward Late of Somerset County dec.d being Summoned to
appear at this Court to give Security according to act of assembly for the Ballance of the said dec.ds Estate &a

          And now to witt this ninteenth day of August One thousand Seven hundred and forty Came hereinto Court the said Catherine
Steward in her proper person and made it appear to the Satisfaction of the Court here that the County Court of Somerset
had formerly upon the petition of a Certain Robert Hodge Ordered the Estate out of her hands (and to be delivered to
the said Hodge he being her Security on the administration of the Estate afd) agreeable to act of assembly in Such Case provided

                Whereupon the said Catherine Steward is discharged by the Court here from the Subpena afd &a


Mary Anderson Came here into Court in her proper person according to Subpena for her appearance here to give Security
for the Ballance of the Estate of a Certain Thomas Gray dec.d   And forasmuch as the said Mary Made it appear here to the
Satisfaction of the Court that she had paid Justly all the Estate of the said Gray and that nothing thereof did remaine &a
          Thereupon the said Mary is discharged by the Court here from the Subpena aforesaid &a


                               John Roach of Somerset County Came here into Court in his proper person according to a Certain
Subpena for his appearance here to give Security for the Ballance of the Estate of a Certain Samuel Roach decd

                                  And forasmuch as the said John Roach made it appear to the Satisfaction of the Court here that
he had Justly paid away that part of the Estate of the Said Samuel Roach as by the will of the said Samuel ought to be
paid and that the residue of the said Estate was given to him by the said Samuel as by will appears &a

                   Whereupon the said John Roach is discharged by the Court here from the Subpena aforesaid &a


Ordered that Coll Robert King agree with some docter or other person to take Care of John Tindall son of James Tindall
to administer medicines and Endeavour to perfect a Cure on him he being afflicted with a very Sore Legg &a

                And Likewise provide all Such Other Necessarys as he the said Robert King shall think proper and that an
Allowance be made at the Next Levy Court for the same &a


Ordered that Arabella Mitchell be allowed five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland she bringing in the first
best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a


             Ordered that M.rs Catherine Rownd be allowed four pounds Curr.t money of Maryland she bringing in
the second best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a


Ordered that M.r Southy Whittington be allowed three pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland he bringing in the third
and Last peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a


Ordered that Robert King of the County aforesaid Esq.r procure a speciall Warrent and all Other things thats
necessary for the resurveying of the Land Called Little derry whereon the Court house for the County afd is deem'd to
