Daniel Jones
     petn

          To the Worshipfull the Justices of Sommerset County in Court sitting the petition
of Daniel Jones humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner being possest of a tract of Land
Called Mannings Resolution in the County afd the Evidences to prove the same being weak and Infirm your
petitioner prays that your worships will make Out Commission to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the
bounders of the afd Tract of Land or any Other bounders on which the Same may depend and he as in duty
bound shall pray                                                                                                   Daniel Jones
                                     The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore It is
Considered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd Daniel Jones as by the petition afd is praid
and that William Stoughton Charles Dashiell Panthur Laws and John Leatherbury of Sommerset County Gent
be Commissioners and Examine Evidences and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case
made and provided &a

Maryland ss    Whereas     Patrick Connelly was by Warrant bearing
date the fifteenth day of fifteenth day of february Ann Dom 1741 under the hand and Seal of the Honourable
Levin Gale Esq.r One of the Right Honourable the Lord proprietarys Justices of the provincial
Court was Committed to the Custody of the Sheriffe of Sommerset County to be by him in his Goal safe Kept till he should
give good security in the sum of two hundred pounds Curr.t money of Maryland for his personall appearance at the
next Provincial Court to answer such mattes and things as on his Lordships behalfe then and there should be
alledged against him and in the mean time to keep the peace and good behaviour and the said Patrick afterwards
before me the Subscriber Recognized himselfe in Two hundred pounds and Cornelius Beavins and William Beavins
in One hundred pounds Currant money afd Each Conditioned for the said Patricks personall appearance
and answering at the said Court and Keeping of the peace and being of the good behaviour in the mean time
William Beavins and Cornelius Beavins appearing since that time not to be Sufficient in Case the said
Recognizance's should become forfeited to pay the Sums of money in which they Severally Recognized and the
said Patrick having this day Refused to give Better Security      I Thereof hereby Committ into your Custody
the said Patrick Connelly whose body you are to keep safe in your Goal till he shall keep willingly give
good security for his personall appearance at the said Provinciall Court in the Sum of two hundred pounds
Currant money afd to answer whatsoever ^matters or^ things he Shall on the part of his Lordship be then and there Charged
with and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour in the mean time or be thence discharged by due Course
of Law &a                        Whereupon Came hereinto his Lordships County Court of Sommerset then held at dividing
Creek before the Justices thereof in Court Judicially sitting the afd Patrick Connelly in Custody of the Sheriffe
of the County afd in whose Custody before that time for the Cause afd was Committed and being by the said Sheriff Ledd
to the barr in his proper person and whereupon by the Lease of the Court the said Patrick Connelly Offered in
