worships to set me Tax free as your usual wisdom in Christian prudence very Commandably relieves ancient
people to their great Comfort in their Latter days and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                The petition Aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered by the Court here
that the aforesaid George Baily be for the future Tax free as by the petition afd is praid &c

    To the Worshipfull Justices of Sommerset in Court sitting     The petition of John Holloway
Humbly sheweth That your petitioner is possest with a tract of Land Called Teags Content whereof the
bounds are gone to decay  Humbly prays your worships may nominate Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate
the bounds of said Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

                The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered by the Court
here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid John Holloway and that Samuel Hopkins John Miller David Johnson
and John Evans (of Coys Folley) all of Sommerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Examine Evidences according to
act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a

          To the Worshipfull the Justices of Sommerset County Court now in Court Sitting the Humble
petition of David Brown most Humbly Sheweth That whereas Your petitioner is possessed of
a Certain Tract of Land that is Bounded upon and has a dependance upon the bounders of a Certain Tract of Land Called
Nutters delight being now in possession of Capt David Wilson and the bounds of the said Nutters delight being somewhat
disputed      Your petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships would be pleased to appoint Commissioners
to perpetuate the bounds of the said Land of Nutters delight and Your petitioner as in duty bound shall
ever pray &a
                      The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered by the
Court here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid David Brown and that Robert Jones William Jones many Geo
Irving and William Jones Goose Creek all of Sommerset County Gent be Commissioners and Examine Evidences about
the bounds of the Land afd according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

     To the worshipfull Court now Sitting The humble petition of William Catlin Sheweth whereas
your petition hath a Certain Tract of Land Called Harford Broad Oake and the bounders being
old and decayed your petitioner humbly prayeth Your worships will grant a Commission and appoint Commissioners
to settle the bounders afd and your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray

                      The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered that a Commission
Issue to the afd William Catlin and that Nicholas Fountain John Waters W.m Waters and W.m Turpin son of John
all of Sommerset County Gent be Commissioners and Examine Evidences about the bounds of the Land afd according
to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
