Ordered that John Hitch be Overseer of the Roads in stead Thomas Covington from the foot of Caldwells new
bridge over Rockawakin branch as it is Laid Out by Isaac Handy and Mitchell Dashiel and from the said
Bridge through the woods to Walkers old feild &a


Daniel Coe appointed Overseer of the Roads in Baltemore hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead
of Thomas Perkins &a

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Sommerset County Court In Court Judicially sitting

the Humble petition of Geo Russell a Languishing prisoner for debt
Your poor petitioner has been in Custody of the sherriffe goeing on of two Years and not able to Comply
with his Creditors and therefore your poor petitioner humbly sheweth that he doth design to apply
to the assembly for relief according to a resolve of the upper house in such Cases provided and beggs
your worships approbations and ever for your worships bound to pray

         Upon Reading the aforesaid petition or application   It is Ordered that a Certificate be made to
the aforesaid George Russell pursuant to a resolve made by the uper house of assembly the third day of
September Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty One &a

          To the Worshipfull ^Justices^ of Sommerset County in Court now Sitting

the petition of Levin Dashiell humbly sheweth

       That the main Road that Leads Rownd the head of we Tipquin Creek goes through the Cleared
grownd of your petitioner which is very prejudiciall to your petitioner  Your petitioner
humbly prays your worships will grant him an Order to Turn the said Road and your petitioner as
in duty bound shall pray
                                                                                  The petition the aforesaid being Read and
heard and fully understood          It is Considered that the afd Levin Dashiell have Liberty for
to turn the road Rownd his Cleared Grownd he Turning and making the new Road according to the direction
of Samuel Fluelling Overseer of the aforesaid Roads &a

          To the Worshipfull Justices of Sommerset County now in Court
sitting     most humbly sheweth
that your petitioners or the Cheifest part of them being dwellers on the head of broad Creek
Branches and Bordering on pocomoke swamps have noe Road to Church or markett for Seven or
Eight miles save Only a bridle path and there is some deep Branches in the way so that we Cannot
pass or Repass in time of any Fresh &.a  Your petitioners therefore most humbly prays that your
