   Sommerset ss   I do hereby Certifie that on march the 15th Ann 1741/2 Came William Shore before me the Subscriber and
was qualified Constable of Manny hundred in stead of John Roberts by taking the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly
and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration and test      Sworn before me the day and Year aforesaid      Rob.t Jones

        Panthur Laws appointed Overseer of the Roads in Stead of Henry Wright from Robert Downs's to Manny Church
and from the Upper End of George Irvings plantation to W.m Jones's on Goose Creek and from the upper end of George Irvings
plantation to the head of Little Creek

       Samuel Jones appointed Overseer of the Roads in stead ^of^ John Williams from Roe's thorowfair to Joseph Polks
and from Joseph Polks to the head of Little Creek and from Richard Willis's into the main Road &a


                    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Sommerset County now is in Court sitting   The humble petition of William
Turpin of Sommerset County humbly Sheweth
                                                                               That Whereas your petitioner having a negro woman Called Phillis
which through age and other Infirmities is rendered almost or altogether Useless to your petitioner or any of his Your
petitioner humbly pray your worships will be pleased to take it into Consideration   and set her tax free
and your petitioner as in duty bounds shall ever pray

                The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood   It is Considered that the aforesaid
negro woman Phillis be for the future tax free as by the petition afd is praid &a

The humble petition of Patrick McKemmey of Sommerset County humbly
Sheweth that your petitioner having Land Lying in Annamessex on the head of Jones's Creek Called hearts Content
humbly prays your worships will be pleased to grant your petitioner a Commission to prove the bounders
thereof which otherways may prove of bad Consequence to your petitioner if not timely perpetuated
and your petitioner shall ever pray
                                                                            The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood
It is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the the aforesaid Patrick McKemmey as
by the petition afd is praid and tat Thomas Williams Nicholas Fountain John Waters and Charles Roach
of Sommerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of
assembly in such Case made and provided &a


William Duett appointed Overseer of the Roads in Annamessex hundred for the Ensuing Year in
stead of Charles Roach &c
