219 Pence he afterwards paid and Satisfied unto the same John Nevertheless as to Eighteen pounds two shillings and nine pence Currt money af.d Residue the af.d James in his Life time his promise and Assumption af.d in form af.d made Little Regarding but minding and fraudulently Intending the SAme John in that part Craftilly and Suttlely to deceive and defraud the af.d Eighteen pounds two shillings and nine pence Currt money according to his promise and assumption hath not paid but the af.d James in his Life time and the af.d Sarah since the death of the said James to whom Administration of all and Singular the goods and Chattles Rights and Creditts which were of the af.d James at the time of his death by Nehemiah King Gent deputy Commissary of the said County of Somerset at Somerset County af.d was in due form of Law Committed) the said Residue to the said John Altogether have refused to pay and the said Sarah the same to pay still doth Refuse altho' the said James in his life to wit on the day and year af.d at the County af.d and often since that time by the said John was Required and altho' the said Sarah Admrx of the said James Staples after the death of the same James and Administration in form af.d to her granted to wit on the first day of march in the year af.d at the County af.d and often since that time by the said John Woolford Required whereupon the said John says he is damnifyed forty pounds money af.d and thereof he brings suit &.a Pledges &.a J Doe and R Roe
and the same day is given to the af.d John here also &.a Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d John Woolford as the af.d Sarah Staples by |
