20 held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty to Satisfie Archibald McNeal of three hundred and eight pounds of tobacco which to the same Archibald in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing by descretion of the same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which he sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the af.d Henry against the same Archibald in our the same Court Impetrated according to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs which their writts in such manner of pleas do not prosecute or in the same should be precluded whereof he is Convict &.a and the same day is given to the af.d Archibald here &a Att which day here Came the af.d Archibald McNeal by Francis Allen his attorney and the sheriffe to witt John Henry Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Henry Reynolds whose body hereat this day he had ready to Satisfie the af.d Archibald of his Costs and Charges as to hi it was Commanded Somerset County You Henry Reynolds James Anderson and Richard Knight doe Confess Judgment to Archabell Macnell for the sum of three hundred and eight pounds of tobacco which sum was Recovered by the said Archabell Macnell against Henry Reynolds on the Seventeenth day of June Ano Dom 1740 in the af.d County Court the sum of three hundred and eight pounds of tobacco to be levied of your bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tennements for the use of the said Archabel Macnell in Case the said Henry Reynolds shall not pay and Satisfie to the said Archabel Macnell the said sum so as af.d Recovered against him with the additional Costs thereon on the tenth day of November next The above Superseeders taken before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the af.d County this 21.th day of July Anno Dom 1740 Henry Ballard Robert Jones
