     William Sandwith
Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take William
Sandwith Late of Somerset County merchant if he should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of
August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty to Satisfie Charles Rackliffe of twelve
pounds nine Shillings and nine pence Currt money of maryland and two hundred and Seventy
nine pounds of tobacco which to the same Charles Rackliffe in the same Court before his said Lordships
Justices at dividing Creek af.d were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain
promise and assumption by the same William to the af.d Charles made and not performed whereof
he is Convict &.a and the same day is given to the af.d Charles &.a

       Att which day here Came the af.d Charles Rackliffe by Francis Allen his attorney and the sheriffe
to witt John Henry Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d William Sandwith whose
body hereat this day he had ready to Satisfie the af.d Charles of his damages af.d as to him it was Commanded

    Dorman Heath

    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take Dorman
Heath late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third Tuesday of August Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and forty to Satisfie Robert King Esq.r of two thousand three hundred and twenty hogshead Staves
of full dementions for the London Trade as also five Hundred and fifty pipe staves of full Size everyway for the
same Trade as also Two hundred and Seventy Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same Robert King in the same
Court before his said Lordships Justices at dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of
a Certain promise and assumption by the same Dorman to the af.d Robert made and not performed whereof he is Convict &c
and the same day is given to the af.d Robert here &c

          Att which day here Came the af.d Robert King in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John Henry Gent
now here returned that he had taken the af.d Dorman Heath whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d
Robert of the damages ^afd^ to him it was Commanded &.a
