    Because as well &.a   and the same day is given to the parties af.d here &.a

                   Att which day here Came againe the parties af.d by their attorneys af.d  And Whereupon
the plantiffe and defendent Submitted their dispute in this action to the arbitrament and final
Determination of Robert King Samuel Wilson Henry Ballard and George Dashiell of
Somerset County Gentleman or any three or them and it is agreed by and between the plantiffe
and defendent af.d that the af.d Abritrators Return their arbitrament from under their or any
three of their hands and seals Immediate to His Lordships Justices in Court now here Judicially
Sitting and that the Court may proceed thereon to Judgment against Either of the parties af.d
as if the Cause were determined by the Court and it is further agreed by and between the plantiffe
and defendent af.d that that Submission af.d in manner and form af.d made according to the force
form and Effect of the statute in such Case lately made and provided be Entred and made a
Rule of this Court on the motion of the parties af.d and afterwards in the same Court before
the Justices thereof Came Robert King Henry Ballard and Samuel Wilson three of the Gentleman
mentioned in the above Submission and made Return of their arbitrament in the premisses af.d
between the parties af.d in manner Following

                         Pursuant to a Submission made to the subscribers and Coll Dashiell
    by Thomas Pullet Plantiffe and Andrew Wilson Deft of an action of Trespass between
the said Partys depending in Somerset County Court we on a full hearing of the partys and
their Evidence do award that the defendent Andrew Wilson pay to the plantiffe Thomas
and the full Costs of Court in the action in litigation given under our hands         RKing

       Which being Read and heard and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered
by the Court here that the af.d Thomas Pollet Recover against the af.d Andrew Wilson his
damages af.d to the af.d five Shillings Currt money of maryland by the arbitrators af.d in form
633    af.d assessed as also                                                         Pounds of tobacco for his
Costs and Charges af.d to the same Thomas now here of his assent adjudged and the af.d Andrew
Wilson in mercy &.a
