af.d Expended and the said Robert Sundry Sums of money in his defence in the said plea Expended and so the said
Daniel did not indemnify the said Robert by means of his so as af.d becomeing bound whereupon the said Robert says
he is damnifyed one hundred and thirty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland and thereof he brings Suit &c
                                                                                                             Pledg.s &.c J Doe & R Roe

          And the af.d Daniel Cordery by his Attorney af.d Comes and defends the force and Injury when &c  And
prayeth leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next
Following and he hath it and the same day is given to the af.d Robert here &c

                      Att which day here Came again as well the af.d Robert Smith as the af.d Daniel Cordery by their
attorneys af.d and whereupon as well the af.d plantiffe as the af.d defendant Submitted their dispute in this Action to
the Arbitrament and finall determination of Robert Jenckins Henry George Douglas and William Arbuckle or
any two of them of Somerset County Gentlemen and it is agreed by and between the said plantiffe and defendant that
the af.d Arbitrators or any two of them return their Arbitrament in writing under their hands and seals to the Justices
of his Lordships County County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County af.d the third
Tuesday of August then next Following that the same Justices may proceed thereon to Judgment against Either of
the parties af.d as if the Cause were determined by this Court and it is further agreed by the parties af.d that that
Submission af.d may ^be^ made a rule of this Court  Therefore it is Ordered that the Submission af.d in manner and form
af.d made According to the form and Exffect of the statute in that Case lately made and provided be entred and made
a rule of this Court on the motion of the parties af.d  And the same day is given to the ^same^ plantiffe and defendant here &c

                Att which day here Came again as well the af.d plantiffe as the af.d defendant in their proper persons and the
af.d Arbitrators sent not here their arbitrament in the premisses af.d between the same plantiffe and defendant af.d

              Thereupon further day is given to the af.d Arbitrators to make their Arbitrament in the premisses af.d between
the parties af.d so that they the said Aribtrators or any ^two^ of them return their Arbitratment in writing under their hands
and seals to the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County
af.d the third Tuesday of November next Following  And the same day is given to the same plantiffe and defendant here &c

                   Att which day here Came as well the af.d plantiffe & the af.d defendant in their proper persons and hereupon
Robert Jenckins Henry George Douglas and William Arbuckle the Gentlemen [illegible]
likewise Came and made return of their Arbitrament in the premisses af.d Between the parties af.d in manner Following

    In pursuance of a rule of Somerset County Court According to the form of the Statute and the power to us thereby given in a Cause
