Two shillings and one penny Half penny Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Samuel Francis Edie and Sarah Hollands their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissory Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Richard Holland dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the above said orphans the sum of forty nine pounds Eleven shillings and three penc farthings Curr.t money of Maryland therefore if the above said Eliz.a Holland Rouse Fasit and Avery Morgan their heirs Ex.rs or Adminsitrators shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said orphans the af.d sum of Forty nine pounds Eleven shillings and three farthings Curr.t money in equal parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue &c her Sealed and delivered Joshua Merrill Elizabeth E Holland (seal) In the presence of Geo Irving Rouse Fassitt (seal) Avery Morgan (seal)
