192 Either of our heirs Executors and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 18.th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.r hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Edward Stogdell dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of Eighty five pounds ten shillings and Eight pence Currt money therefore if the abovesaid John Howard Solomon Long and Wonny M.ccClemmy they or any of their heirs heirs Executors or Administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Orphans the af.d sum of Eighty five pounds ten shillings and Eight pence Currt money in Equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to Receive the same &.a then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to Remain in full force and vertue &.a John Howard (seal) Sealed and delivered Sam.ll Wilson Solomon Long (seal) In the presence of Robt Jones Wonny M.ccClemmy (seal)
