In Maryland
 ss          Know all men by these presents that we
Isaac Bell Wheatly Dennis and Elias Evans all of
Somerset County in the province af.d Planters are holden and firmly bound unto Ann Duett orphan
of Nathaniel Duett dec.d in the full and Just sum of One hundred and fifty three pounds thirteen
Shillings and ten pence Currt money to be paid unto the said Ann Duett her heirs Executors Adm.rs or
assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of
our heirs Executors and Adm.rs for the whole and In the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these
Presents sealed with our seals and dated this 19.th day of November Anno Dom 1741

                            The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary
Genll.r hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Nathaniel Duett dec.d wherein
it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid Orphan the sum of Seventy six pounds sixteen
Shillings and Eleven pence Currt money therefore if the abovesaid Isaac Bell Wheatly Dennis or
Elias Evans they or any of their heirs Executors or Adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause
to be paid unto the abovesaid Orphan the af.d sum of Seventy six pounds Sixteen shillings and
Eleven pence Currt money in Equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when she shall
Arrive at full age to Receive the same &.a  then the above obligation to be void and of none effect
otherwise to Remain in full force and Vertue &.a                                                Isaac Bell      (seal)

all of Somerset County in the province af.d planters are holden and firmly bound unto Jean
Stogdell Sophia Stogdell and Edward Stogdell orphans of Edward Stogdell dec.d in the full
and just sum of One hundred and Seventy five ^one^ pounds one shilling and five pence Currt money
of maryland to be paid unto the said Jean Sophia and Edward Stogdell their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and
