191 Randall Smullen all of Somerset County in the province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto John Weatherly and Rachell Weatherly orphans of James Weatherly in the full and just sum of One hundred and twenty pounds sixteen shillings and ten pence Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said John Weatherly and Rachell Weatherly their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and truely ^to^ be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Admrs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissory Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of James Weatherly dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of Sixty pounds eight shillings and five pence Curr.t money therefore if the abovesaid Moses Alexander Joseph Riggen and Randall Smullen they or any of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay unto the abovesaid orphans the sum of Sixty pounds eight shillings and five pence Curr.t money ^af.d^ According to Act of Assembly and the dec.d will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c his Signed Sealed and delivered RKing Moses A Alexander (seal) in the presence of 1731 mark Isaac Handy Joseph Riggen (seal) Randall Smullen (seal)
Seventy one pounds fourteen shillings and three pence Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the abovesaid Ezekiell Sinah Sarah Leah and Charles Hall their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 18th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Charles Hall dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of two hundred and thirty and five pounds Seventeen shillings and one penny half penny Curr.t money therefore if the above said Thomas Tull Solomon Tull and Joshua Tull their heirs Ex.rs or Administrators shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said orphans the af.d sum of two hundred and thirty five pounds Seventeen shillings and one penny half penny Currt money of Maryland in equall parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to be and remain in full force |
