190 pence Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Day Givans his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigs to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of Robert Givan dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.n due to the above said orphan the sum of Seventy Six pounds twelve shillings and eight pence Curr.t money therefore if the abovesaid Robert Givan George Mcckane and George Vinson they or any of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay unto the above said orphans the sum of Seventy six pounds twelve shillings and eight pence Curr.t money According to Act of Assembly and the decd.s will when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c Rob.t Givan (seal) Sealed and Delivered RKing George Mcckean (seal) In the presence of 1731 George Vinson (seal) Isaac Handy
two shillings Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Thomas Bartlett and Sarah Bartlett their heirs Ex.rs Adrs or Assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Exrs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 18th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissory Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of Thomas Bartlett dec.d wherein it is found that there is balln due to the above said orphans the sum of twenty Four pounds and Eleven shillings Curr.t money of Maryland therefore if the above said Pasque Bartlett Thomas Calliway and William Venables their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and doe well and truely pay unto the above said orphans the sum of twenty four pounds and Eleven shillings Curr.t money According to Act of Assembly and the decd.s will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c his Sealed and delivered RKing Pasque + Bartlett (seal) in the presence of 1731 mark Jn.o Sheldon Tho.s Calliway (seal) W.m Venables (seal)
