province af.d are holden and firmly bound unto the Legall Representatives of Amey Coston Late of the County af.d deceased in the full and just sum of Six hundred and thirty nine pounds Sixteen Shilling and Seven pence Currt money of maryland to be paid unto the said Legall Representatives of Amey Coston deceased their heirs Executors Adm.rs or assigns to the which payment well and Truely to be made and done we bind ourselves our and Either of our heirs Executors and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll.r hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate Amey Coston dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid Representatives the sum of three hundred and Nineteen pounds Eighteen Shillings and three pence half penny therefore if the abovesaid Isaac Coston Thomas Handy or Stephen Handy their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Representatives the af.d sum of three hundred and Nineteen pounds Eighteen Shillings and three pence half penny in Equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to Receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to Remain in full force and vertue &.a Isaa Coston (seal) Sealed and delivered RKing Thos Handy (seal) 1731 In the presence of Isaac Handy Stephen Handy (seal)
