1741 188 Duncan Murray his debt af.d and his damages by Occasion of the detention of the same debt to 275 Pounds of tobacco to the same Isaac Morris of his assent by the Court here adjudged and the af.d Duncan in Mercy &.a
Six pounds twelve Shillings and Six pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said William and Neomy Simpson their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 17 day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of Richard Simpson dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the above said orphans the sum of thirteen pounds Six Shillings and three pence Curr.t money of Maryland therefore if the above said William Wharton Thomas Aydelott and John Mumford they or any of their heirs Ex.rs or Administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said orphans the af.d Sum of thirteen pounds Six Shillings and three pence Curr.t money in equall parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c his Sealed and delivered William W Wharton (seal) in the presence of mark Robert Jones Tho.s Aydelott (seal) Jam.s Martin John Moumford (seal)
