189 shillings and four pence Curr.t money in Equall parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c Sealed and delivered William W Wharton (seal) in the presence of Thomas Aydelott (seal) RDashiell John Mounford (seal) Rob.t Jones
Timmons dec.d in the full and just sum of fifty pounds nineteen shillings Curr.t money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Casee Mary Lazarus Levin and Elias Timmons their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day of November Anno Dom 1741 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Comissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of Samuel Timmons dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the above said Orphans the sum of twenty five pounds nineteen shillings and Six pence Curr.t money therefore if the above said William Davis J.r George Trewitt and Thomas Butler they or any of their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Orphans the af.d ^sum of^ twenty five pounds nineteen shillings and Six pence Curr.t money in equall parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c William W Davis (seal) Sealed and delivered George Truitt (seal) in the presence of his Geo Dashiell Tho.s T Buttler (seal) Jn.o Scarborough mark
