part first Acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he and his Security discharged &c  Thereupon
the said Signey Browns appearance is recorded and he and his Security discharged from the said Recognizance he the said
Signey Brown paying all fees due by means of the recognizance af.d &c


    Wonney MccClemmey Came hereinto Court in his proper person  According to a Certain Recognizance by him and his Security
in this part first Acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he and his Security discharged &c  Thereupon
the said Wonney MccClemmeys appearance is recorded and he and his Security discharged from the said Recognizance he the
said Wonney MccClemmey paying all fees due by means of the recognizance af.d &c


John Wallis appears According to his recognizance Entred into last Court to give Evidence against a Certain Signey Brown and
was discharged therefrom &c

 Sommerset ss    The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
for the body of Sommerset County aforesaid upon their Oath do
present that William Alexander Late of Stepney parish in the County ^of Sommerset^
    Labourer on the Seventeenth day of July in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
forty and one with force and arms at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court one Fifteen shilling Bill
of Credit of like Curr.t money of the province of Maryland and one ten Shilling bill of Credit of like Currant money of the value
of two hundred pounds of tobacco of the goods and Chattles of a Certain Jane Such then and there ^being^ found feloniously did steal take
and Carry away against the peace of the right Honrble the Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Government and Contrary
to the form of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

                Testis Jane Such         On the foregoing bill of Indictment it was Endorsed  Ignoramus
John Elzey foreman      And now to witt the Seventeenth day of November One thousand seven
hundred and forty One at a Court then held at dividing Creek in and for the County aforesaid before his Lordships
Justices Came the aforesaid William Allexander under Custody of John Handy Gentleman Sheriffe
of the County aforesaid in whose Custody for the Cause aforesaid before that time was Committed to the Barr
here Ledd in his proper person  and thereupon the said William Allexander is discharged from the
Commitment aforesaid   Whereupon the Said William Alexander is Ordered to give Security for
the payment of all fee or fees due by means of the premisses aforesaid but for want thereof the said William
Alexander is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriffe of the County aforesaid thereto remain &a the
said Sheriffe present herein Court took Charge of the said William Alexander accordingly &a

 Command was given to the Sheriff of Sommerset County that he should Take Adam
Brafford late of Sommerset County Taylor if he should be found in his bailywick and him
should Safe Keep so that he might have his body the Justices if his Lordships County
