176 Inhabitants travellers and strangers as to them respectively shall seem meet which is by the Court hereunto him granted he giveing Security to Comply with the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c Whereupon the same Patrick Allison with James Martin and Thomas Pollett of Somerset County Gentlemen his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord proprietary of Maryland in the full and Just sum of Five pounds Currant money of said province of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors if it happen that the said Patrick Allison doe not pay and satisfie unto the sheriffe of the County af.d for the time being Fifty shillings Currant money of the province af.d Yearly and every year he shall keep such Ordinary or house of Entertainment as af.d &c Likewise the same Patrick Allison with the af.d James Martin and Thomas Pollett his Securitys af.d all present herein Court in their proper persons as af.d Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in forty pounds Currant money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors if it happen that the said Patrick Allison doe not keep good rules and orders and do suffer Idle loose and disorderly persons to tipple game or Commit disorders or other Irregularities in his ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c
